Conditions Qualifying for Outpatient Housecalls

If you are a person who is at home, in a retirement community, or in an assisted living facility and and have a difficult time getting in and out of the house, are without transportation, are reluctant to do therapy in winter, have exhausted VNA services or are unsafe in a community setting, you may qualify for outpatient housecalls by our therapists.  Please call (203) 560-1008 to learn more.
