If you have a patient who is at home, in a retirement community, or in an assisted living facility and and they have a difficult time getting in and out of the house, are without transportation, are reluctant to do therapy in winter, have exhausted VNA services or are unsafe in a community setting, they may qualify for outpatient housecalls by our therapists. - Injuries from automobile accidents
- Slip and fall injuries
- Rehabilitation from surgeries such as knee and hip replacement or carpal tunnel

Neurological Conditions:
- Stroke
- Brain Inuries
- Balance, gait and coordiation disorders
- Dizziness, vertigo
- Post-amputation strengthening and conditioning
Speech Conditions:
- Articulation issues
- Voice Issues
- Alternative communications training
- Cognitive re-training
- Dysphasia
- Swallowing issues
